Job Description:

Static/Mobile technician Cars & Light commercials

Duties include but not limited to:

• Ability to diagnose and rectify faults to our LCV and Car fleet (Ford, Mercedes, Renault, Peugeot, Fiat, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda)
• Able to repair electrical systems and basic vehicle electrics
• Work to Autodata repair times
• Remove gearboxes and replace clutches
• Able to carry out on site servicing and vehicle repairs
• Renew engine timing belts when required
• Remove and refit engines
• Fit aftermarket products (beacons, towbars, exterior lights etc)
• Able to complete vehicle quality checks and servicing as per Reflex standards
• Interpret instructions form the job card/repair order and comply with repair instructions
• Attend training and keep abreast of the latest technical information
• Accurately report and record work done and reporting condition of the vehicle to site
• Maintain allocated work areas in a clean and tidy condition
• Provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
• Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures, both when in the workshop and out on site

Experience

Experience of being a Mobile Technician in the rental industry preferred. Minimum Level 2 required IMI/NVQ, willingness to work towards Level 3.

Job Offering

Salary: £35,000 plus OTE
