The Managing Director of multi-drop industry specialist Go Service Solutions has heaped praise on staff and suppliers after a five-day marathon of online deliveries to meet Black Friday demand.
Managing Director, Robert Berringer has revealed that the company delivered to nearly 500,000 homes during the peak in demand following the key annual online sales day, where retailers traditionally offer tempting discounts.
“Our teams delivered to 477,312 addresses during these five days and I would like to thank our awesome delivery drivers for doing such an incredible job.
They cope with traffic, delays, COVID-19 restrictions, the weather and sometimes addresses which resemble crossword puzzles and still go out every day and do a fantastic job.
I would also like to thank our partners who absolutely delivered and put up with the ever-changing demand pattern and never stopped saying ‘yes’, including Reflex Vehicle Hire.”
